Valley Health Care offers a comprehensive holistic care program to help you manage your diabetes. Our team of providers are here to help you achieve and maintain good health by working with you to keep your diabetes under control and monitor for signs that may indicate complications, including any chest pains, shortness of breath, pain/cramping of the legs, blurry vision, numbness/tingling of the feet, ongoing swelling of the face, hands, feet, or legs, unusual weight gain/loss, and weakness or numbness that affect only one side of the body. Be sure to report any new or worsening symptoms to your doctor. Because some signs of progressing complications may not become apparent until damage has already occurred, we routinely monitor several overall aspects of your health. We offer preventive care, as well.
